Personal Data Collected

When making purchases or creating accounts, we may collect any of the following personal data about you:

No card details are retained or stored on our site, only basic card information can be seen by authorised staff (e.g. last 4 digits of payment card, cardholders address). Staff have no access to full payment details at any time.

How long do you hold my data for?

If you decide to create an account with us, your data will be held securely online only whilst you have an account. This is to enable you access to your order history and allow a quick and easy process at the checkout for future orders. You can delete your account at any time by going into your account settings.

If you do not wish us to hold your data, we suggest that you checkout as a guest. This option will allow you to checkout without creating an account, and we will only use your data to process your order.

If our contract ends with Portsmouth FC, this online store will become inactive. We will also automatically delete all online accounts and a personal data store for these accounts.

We do not store your data on any other systems other than our secure online store.

Marketing Emails

We do not send out marketing e-mails via the Just Sport Group, as all retail offers are sent through the main Portsmouth FC marketing channels. You will need to opt-in/out via the main Club marketing channels for your preference on this.

You may receive a reminder e-mail from us in regards to items you may have left in your basket, however, you do have the option to unsubscribe to this.

3rd Party Data

The Just Sport Group will never sell your data to any 3rd Party. However, we do give you the option to allow us to share your data with Portsmouth FC, so that you can receive marketing such as Ticketing and Club News. We will only ever pass this data on if you give us permission to do so.

Spoof/Fake Emails

We will never ask you to confirm any account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from avecsport.com asking you to do so, please ignore it and do not respond.
